The Helium Project curriculum is designed to support you in bringing much needed information about living life happier and healthier to your school. You can follow it to the letter or you can add your own personal touches. The foundation of the project is a monthly campaign. You will have access to about 12 different wellness campaigns, and you can choose how many to launch. Each takes place over a week and has only five standard components. Social media, morning announcements, visual aids, teacher collaboration and outside experts. You'll introduce the topic, and the week will take care of itself. The curriculum includes ideas to expand the campaign, but the basics are truly enough. And, don't worry, as the whole idea is to reduce stress, we will help you make sure this doesn't add pressure to your own life.
